Notice on the further reduction of the fee rate for BiyaPay remittance (fiat currency withdrawal)
Dear BiyaPay users:
In order to better meet the needs of users, BiyaPay will once again reduce the fee rate for remittance (withdrawal in fiat currency), and the remittance rate will still implement a tiered remittance rate. The new rate standard will be officially implemented from September 19, 2024 , as follows:
Tiered remittance rate rules: For remittance or withdrawal in fiat currency, if a single transaction reaches a certain amount, you can enjoy the corresponding interval withdrawal fee discount, and the highest rate can be enjoyed at 5,000 yuan. The fee requirements are as follows (taking US dollar remittance as an example, other fiat currencies are calculated according to the same amount of US dollars):

| 1m ≤ Amount < 2m | 0.60% | 40% off |
| Amount ≥ 2m | 0.50% | 50% off |
Rate description and service terms:
- This adjustment is for all BiyaPay users.
- The remittance/withdrawal fee discount will be calculated based on the user’s current amount, and the fee will be directly deducted from the current remittance/withdrawal amount (equivalent to USD).
- A real-name user can only use one account.
- All users must strictly abide by the BiyaPay Terms of Service.
- Oppose user cheating behavior. If discovered, after verification, BiyaPay has the right to cancel all discounts and benefits for this user.
- BiyaPay has the final interpretation right for this adjustment, and any subsequent adjustments will be announced and notified again.
